Welcome to Rebuild Health!
Welcome to Rebuild Health! Rebuild Health is a health and wellness resource hub hosted by the Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District. This website has been created to encourage healthier living, lifestyle change, and overall wellness within our community. Our goal with this site is to meet individuals wherever they are in their health journey, and offer support and resources where needed.
By bringing evidence-based data and intervention methods together, Rebuild Health is uniquely able to bridge the gap between clinical diagnosis (or risk of chronic illness), and the necessary steps needed to prevent or manage disease.
Rebuild Health is a hub of information related to rebuilding your overall health and wellness. This encompasses all aspects of wellness including but not limited to nutrition, physical activity, health literacy, and chronic disease prevention and management.
This tool does not provide medical advice. It is intended for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Never ignore professional medical advice in seeking treatment because of something you have read on Rebuild Health, or other Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District outreach materials (including but not limited to social media, printed flyers, and newsletters etc.).
